Israel launches deadly early morning raid on Gaza's marine police

Early this morning, Israeli F-16 aircrafts launched a deadly airstrike against the Gaza Strip. The strike targeted a multi-story naval police post to the north of Gaza City killing one officer, Muhammad al Kaylani, and wounding four others.

Ambulance crews and Civil Defense teams rushed to the site where the naval officer’s body was pulled from the rubble and several others are reported to be have been wounded and rushed to al-Shifaa hospital. Search and recovery teams continue to look for survivors of the attack under the rubble.

This latest arbitrary and disproportionate use of deadly force by Israel has incurred widespread criticism.
