Audio recordings of an alleged phone conversation between Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his son Bilal are “fabricated” and “unethically montaged”, a press release from Erdogan’s office said on Monday.
“Those responsible for this filthy conspiracy targeting the Prime Minister of Turkey will pay the price and will be held accountable before the law,” the statement read.
