Saudi “is keen to maintain stable security in all areas across the kingdom and will combat anyone who is trying to hurt its security and the safety of its citizens,” the Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Nayef said yesterday.
Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported the prince’s remarks during his visit to pay tribute to the families of the Qatif Mosque victims killed in a suicide bombing which took place on Friday. The bombing killed 21 and wounded 101.
According to SPA, a number of Saudi officials including the Prince of the Eastern Region of the Kingdom Saud Bin Abdulaziz accompanied the Bin Nayef in his visit.
The official also visited the wounded who were being treated in Al-Qatif Hospital.
