Hamas is planning to kidnap more Israeli soldiers in order to forge a prisoner swap for all Palestinians held in Israeli jails, member of Hamas political bureau in Gaza Khalil Al-Hayya said on Sunday.
Speaking during an event to honour released prisoners Sameh Hasaneen, Al-Hayya said Hamas is proud of Hasaneen, who immediately wore military attire.
“This sends a message to the Israeli occupation that imprisonment does not prevent Palestinians from fighting it,” he said.
“Imprison, kill and besiege whoever you want, this nation will not give up before liberating its land,” Al-Hayya said.
