Turkish company licenced to sell real estate in Saudi

Ozyurtlar Group of Companies yesterday obtained a licence to promote and sell real estate in Saudi Arabia, the Anadolu Agency reported.

In a statement, Ozyurtlar said that its agents had worked for a year with Saudi to get the licence which allows it to promote and sell real estate in the Kingdom. It is the first Turkish company to get such a licence.

Chairman Tamer Ozyurt said Saudi assessed his company’s projects before issuing the licence.
