Israel has recently proposed a draft agreement to normalise relations with Turkey, Israel’s Channel 10 revealed.

The channel said the main obstacle to the deal is Ankara’s insistence that the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip must be lifted.
Ankara will announce its response to the proposal next week when the two parties meet in an unknown European country.
Relations between Israel and Turkey have been strained since 2010, when Israeli commandos killed ten Turkish activists who tried to break the siege on the Gaza Strip.
