Israeli occupation forces yesterday obstructed the movement of Palestinians between the two occupied West Bank cities of Jenin and Nablus as they erected checkpoints along the road connecting them, Quds Net reported.

Sources said the occupation forces intensified their presence near the Jenin neighbourhood of Jabaa and deployed a large number of soldiers at different points along the Jenin-Nablus road. They stopped Palestinian cars, checked IDs and searched travellers.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the neighbourhood of Qabatia in southern Jenin and arrested three Palestinians.
Israeli occupation forces have stormed Qabatia several times over the past two weeks, arresting more than 30 Palestinians and preventing hundreds of workers from travelling to work in Israel.
