Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday praised the warm relations with Egypt and President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi.
During an event at the Egyptian ambassador’s residence on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the 23 July revolution, Netanyahu described the peace treaty between the two countries as “an anchor of stability and security in our region”.
“I want to thank President Al-Sisi for his leadership and for his efforts to advance peace between Israel and the Palestinians and in the broader Middle East,” Netanyahu said.
