September 16, 2016 at 6:39 pm

A project against political Islam is being implemented in both Egypt and Libya with international backing, Radio France revealed a new report saying.

The international players are backing both Libya’s Renegade General Khalifa Haftar and Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi who are working against groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the National Unity Government in Libya.

The report said: “The fight against political Islam means military cooperation, this military aid made Haftar.”

Radio France reported that the trip Haftar made to Chad recently, the third since 2014, was to highlight the military cooperation.

The Chad presidency said it was “worried about the security of its neighbour.”

A number of Chadian fighters serve in Haftar’s army.
