El-Dorar’s correspondent pointed out that Al-Bes previously travelled to the IS Group’s stronghold in Raqqa and declared his allegiance to the organization and met with the leader Abu Ayyub Al-Iraqi, who assigned Al-Bes to security duties in the south of Syria.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Halki is regarded as the mastermind of the bombings targeted the Jaysh al-Ababil headquarters, which claimed the lives of a number of elements and the destruction of two tanks and artilleries.
