An Egyptian TV host claims to have obtained a leaked document ‘exposing’ a 1995 British plot to overthrow former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi and divide Libya into several small states administered under federal rule.
The text of the document presented, however, appears to be notes about a Libyan military coup plot rather than a British conspiracy.
