Palestinians unable to work after Israel stops public transport from West Bank

Palestinians were beaten and tear gassed by Israeli occupation forces after they blocked a highway near Eyal checkpoint in protest at Israel stopping them from going to work. In what rights groups are calling 'collective punishment', public transport into Israel for day labourers has been stopped, and thousands of work permits revoked, in response to recent resistance attacks.
