Iran, Saudi discuss the Israeli aggression against Gaza

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi yesterday discussed with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman the latest developments in Gaza.

This came in the first phone call between them since they restored ties in March, according to a post by the Deputy Head of the Iranian President’s Office for Political Affairs, Mohammad Jamshidi, on X.

Jamshidi said that “Raisi and Mohammed Bin Salman’s call lasted for 45 minutes.”

“During the call, the need to end war crimes committed by Israel against Palestine was discussed.”

“Islamic unity was stressed, and they criticised the support the US administration is providing to Tel Aviv, which continues its violent attacks on civilian communities in Gaza,” said the Iranian official.

In the first phone call between Ayatollah Raisi & HRH Mohammed bin Salman, the 2 agreed on the need to end war crimes against Palestine. Islamic unity was stressed & both believed the regime's crimes & the US green light will cause destructive insecurity for the regime & backers.
