Jewish Americans arrested after mass sit-in protest demanding ceasefire in Gaza

Hundreds of Jewish Americans staged a sit-in protest calling for a Gaza ceasefire at New York’s Grand Central Station. At least 200 people have been arrested. The demonstrators wore black T-shirts bearing the slogans ‘Ceasefire now’ and ‘Not in our name’. They also held up banners calling for the liberation of Palestinians and the cessation of the Gaza bombardment.
