The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that it targeted the city of Eilat, south of occupied Palestine, in response to the Israeli occupation’s massacres in Gaza.

In a statement on Friday, it confirmed that its fighters targeted a site in Umm Al-Rashrash in Eilat on Friday morning, stressing that it would continue to “strike enemy strongholds.”

On Thursday, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq reported the targeting of a site on the coast of the Dead Sea, which separates Jordan and occupied Palestine.

The statement did not disclose the nature of the site targeted as part of a series of attacks launched in Iraq where American forces were stationed.

Another statement indicated that the Iraqi resistance has entered a new phase in targeting US forces and the occupation in light of the continued aggression against the Gaza Strip and Israel’s massacres against civilians.
