Starvation forcing Gazans to eat leaves

5 people suffering from malnutrition and cancer have been transferred out of northern Gaza to the middle of the Strip and are expected to be evacuated for treatment abroad by the Red Cross. Residents in the north of the enclave have reported eating tree leaves, shrubs and old canned goods as the Israeli-imposed famine tightens.
