US: It's not clear whose bombs are hitting Gaza

During a US State Department press briefing, spokesperson Matthew Miller is asked how, only hours after an attack, America can be sure about whose bombs are falling on Ukraine but when it comes to Gaza months of 'investigations' have to be carried out with no clear answer reached.
