Several companions and assistants of the late head of Hamas’s political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, were killed in an Israeli strike near his home in Gaza’s Al-Shati camp yesterday, Al-Aqsa TV announced.
Quds News Network reported that nine people, including six of Haniyeh’s aides and assistants, were killed in the Israeli bombing.
Abdul Salam Haniyeh, Ismail Haniyeh’s son, said that “a number of martyred leader, my father Abu Al-Abed’s aides, were killed a short while ago in the bombing of our camp… the Shati camp.”
He named those killed as Abu Mazen Hassouna, Khalil Matar, Abu Hussam Al-Hadidi, Akram Al-Hissi, Misbah Al-Da’ifi, Tamer Al-Absi and his daughter, and Mohammad Abu Odeh.
