SA president: ‘We will not be silent on Israel's apartheid’

South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa told the 79th UN General Assembly: ‘The violence the Palestinian people are being subjected to is a grim continuation of a more than half a century of apartheid by Israel […] we will not remain silent and watch as apartheid is perpetrated against others.’
