One Japanese man’s weekly Gaza protests at Israeli embassy

One day in February 2024, Ramen chef Chikahiro Naoya left his restaurant in Tokyo to hold a one man protest at the Israeli Embassy, shouting 'stop genocide' as municipal police tried to keep him quiet. It would become a weekly ritual for the Japanese activist, who repeated his protest come rain or shine, demanding that the Israeli government stop the genocide in Gaza and resisting attempts of law enforcement to shut him up.
