Yemen’s Houthi forces said they targeted an Israeli military base east of Jaffa-Tel Aviv. The attack was carried out using a hypersonic ballistic missile named “Palestine 2”.
In their statement, the Yemeni forces confirmed the missile successfully reached its target, evading all American and Israeli defence systems.
They added that this operation is a response to the oppression faced by the Palestinian and Lebanese people and supports their resistance. It is part of the fifth phase of escalation in the ‘Battle of the Promised Victory and Holy Jihad’, which aligns with their support for the ‘Aqsa Flood Operation’.
The forces also reaffirmed their commitment to continuing military operations against the Israeli occupation until the aggression is halted, the blockade on Gaza is lifted and attacks on Lebanon cease.
