Two Palestinian women were injured in an attack by Israeli settlers in the town of Deir Sharaf, west of the city of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, Anadolu reported yesterday.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said in a brief statement that its teams transported the 54 and 42-year-old women to a nearby hospital. No further details were given about the extent of their injuries.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army stormed the village of Madama near Nablus, closed its entrances, imposed a curfew and smashed the windows of a store, according to the official Palestinian news agency, Wafa.
In the southern West Bank, eyewitnesses told Anadolu that the Israeli army stormed the village of Tabqa, south of Hebron, and opened fire in its streets, without reporting any arrests or injuries.
