The Israeli occupation army blew up several homes in southern Lebanon on Sunday, in the latest violation of the 27 November ceasefire agreement, Anadolu has reported. According to Lebanese reports, there have been at least 286 Israeli violations of the ceasefire.

The homes were destroyed in the town of Hanin in Bint Jbeil district, said the state news agency NNA. “Several towns in Bint Jbeil district have been facing an Israeli demolition campaign since the start of the ceasefire,” added the broadcaster.

The Israeli violations have killed at least 30 people and wounded 37 others. Under the terms of the ceasefire, Israel is required to withdraw its forces south of the Blue Line — the de facto border — in phases, while the Lebanese army is to deploy in southern Lebanon within 60 days.

Over 4,000 people were killed and more than 16,500 injured in Israeli attacks in Lebanon since September. More than a million have been displaced, according to the Lebanese health authorities.
