The Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) have said that they have received verified information about the death in Israeli jails of four Palestinian prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
The martyred prisoners were named as Mohamed Akka, 44; Sameer Al-Kahlout, 52; Zuhair Ash-Sharif, 58; and Mohamed Labad, 57, reported the Palestinian Information Centre.
Yesterday, the Commission and the PPS announced the martyrdom of another prisoner from Gaza, Ashraf Abu Warda.
The latest victims brought to 50 the number of Palestinians who have died in Israeli jails and detention camps since 7 October last year.
