Some 12,943 Palestinian students have been killed and 21,681 others were wounded in the ongoing Israeli genocide on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, the Ministry of Education revealed according to the Palestinian Information Centre.
In a statement issued today it said 542 students were detained while the number of teachers and administrative staff killed amounted to 630, with a further 3,865 injured.
The ministry pointed out that 425 schools, universities and other educational buildings were damaged in the war on Gaza in addition to 65 UNRWA-affiliated schools while in the West Bank 109 schools and seven universities were raided and damaged.
