Qatar-funded city in Gaza in ruins after Israeli raids

MEMO’s correspondent Mohammed Asad walks around the now destroyed Hamad City in the besieged Gaza Strip. Palestinians who lived in the neighbourhood were left homeless and without shelter after two Israeli raids damaged a number of residential blocks and destroyed the staircases leading to homes on the upper floors. The town was opened 7 years ago with funding from Qatar.
