Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank yesterday evening, Quds Press reported.

Under the protection of the Israeli occupation army, settlers threw stones at Palestinian vehicles travelling on the main road connecting Qalqilya and Nablus, shattering the windows of several cars.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, based in Ramallah, reported that settlers carried out over 2,971 attacks against Palestinians and their properties last year, resulting in the deaths of ten people.

Israeli occupation forces and settlers have intensified their attacks across the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, leading to the deaths of 836 Palestinians since 7 October 2023, according to official Palestinian institutions. This escalation coincides with a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, which has claimed tens of thousands of civilian lives, the majority being children and women.
