Egypt to work with Turkiye to fully implement Gaza agreement

Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aty said that he agreed with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, to work together for the full implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza between Israel and Hamas.

He added that both sides stressed the importance of Turkish support for all efforts in the coming period concerning the reconstruction of Gaza, noting that Cairo intends to hold an international conference on this matter.

Abdel Aty also emphasised that Turkish humanitarian aid designated for Gaza is highly appreciated.
