‘USAID funded terrorists, anti- democratic regimes’

USAID, the American agency tasked with aiding global development, stands accused by the new Trump administration of funding terrorists, extremists, censorship and election interference across 160 countries. Trump has said he will fight this corruption but has also imposed tariffs on traditional trade partners, declared elected leaders ‘dictators’ and called for the forcible transfer of Palestinians out of Gaza to make way for the ‘Riviera of the Middle East’, a possible war crime.
