Technicians from Gaza’s security apparatus have uncovered camouflaged spying equipment planted by Israeli drones, Al-Hares security platform reported.
According to the platform, the Israeli occupation exploits the breakfast and suhoor times and late-night hours to plant and operate these drones.
Yesterday, the Hebrew Walla news site reported that the Israeli occupation army dropped insect-sized spy devices from small drones to detect the location of Israeli captives in Gaza.
The site said Israel has recently increased its intelligence efforts in the Gaza Strip on an unprecedented scale, to gather information on the captives’ whereabouts.
In the same context, the Hebrew channel Kan reported that Israel is using drones, some equipped with cameras and others with worm-sized eavesdropping devices.
The channel said the devices were placed in bags and dropped in open areas, cemeteries, or inside residential neighbourhoods in Gaza.
Al-Hares security platform called on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip to be vigilant and cautious, and to periodically comb the roofs of homes, buildings and tents, and refrain from discussing military or security matters in unsafe areas, adding that if suspicious objects are found, they should stay away from them, avoid talking near them, and immediately report them to security teams.
