Several rocket shells fired from the countryside of Syria’s Homs province yesterday fell in the northeastern Lebanese town of Al-Qasr, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency.
The agency provided no further details.
Yesterday evening, the Syrian Ministry of Defence accused Hezbollah of kidnapping and killing three of its personnel, a claim which the Lebanese group denied.
Syrian social media accounts, including the “Operations Room for Deterring Aggression” on Telegram, circulated a video they claimed showed “footage of the Syrian army shelling Hezbollah militias along the border with Lebanon in response to their recent aggression.”
