Israeli occupation forces demolished a house and a water well in Hebron on Monday, as well as a cattle farm in Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, under the pretext of the structures having no building licence, the Palestinian Information Centre has reported.
Local sources reported that IOF bulldozers demolished the house in Hebron, which was still under construction. The property belonged to Ramadan Nayef Rajabi. They also demolished a water well in Khallet Al-Aida, also in the southern part of the city.
The cattle farm building demolished by the occupation forces was owned by Nael Masalha. It was in the eastern part of Al-Funduq, east of Qalqilya, and was demolished under the pretext that it is located within area “C” of the occupied West Bank.
In February alone, the IOF carried out 79 demolitions in the West Bank, affecting 156 facilities, including 109 inhabited houses, five which were still under construction, and 34 agricultural and other facilities. The demolitions were concentrated in the governorates of Al-Khalil (Hebron), Jenin, Jerusalem and Salfit.
