The Israeli occupation army, in coordination with Israel’s internal security agency, Shin Bet, said that it targeted more than 100 pickup trucks in Gaza, alleging that they were used by Hamas in the 7 October 2023 cross border infiltration.

They claimed in a joint statement that the pickup trucks were used to carry out “terrorist operations and transport weapons.”

Israel has repeatedly targeted civilian property and infrastructure, including vital services such as hospitals and mosques, claiming they have been used by Hamas to target it. To date it has provided no proof of its claims.

Since launching its bombing campaign in Gaza in October 2023, the occupation state has killed more than 50,000 Palestinians, the vast majority children and women, and over 113,000 have been injured.
