The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) yesterday unveiled a vast underground missile city.
According to Tasnim news agency, “an astonishing and massive underground missile city has been revealed,” adding that “these images come from the endless tunnels of the IRGC’s new space missile city.”
The IRGC Aerospace Force stated that the underground city houses solid- and liquid-fuel ballistic missiles, including Kheibar Shekan, Qadr, Sejjil, Emad and Haj Qasem models.
In recent weeks, the IRGC also revealed a new warship for its naval forces in Bandar Abbas, confirming that it is capable of launching anti-ship cruise missiles.
According to Iranian media, the combat ship “Martyr Rais Ali Delvari” has a speed of 110 knots and is capable of launching missiles with a range of 750 kilometres. It was unveiled by the Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Guard, Major General Hossein Salami, and the Commander of the Naval Forces, Admiral Alireza Tangsiri.
